|Fresh cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated processed cheese||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Macaroni||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onions||1/2 Centiliter|
|Finely chopped capsicum||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped carrot||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , blanched|
|Boiled peas||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) , blanched|
|Tomato ketchup||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry red chilli flakes||2 Teaspoon (paprika)|
1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
2. Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
3. Add the carrot, green peas, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
4. Add the tomatoes, tomato ketchup, chilli flakes, salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
5. Finally add the macaroni, fresh cream and cheese, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
