You can make the old Spaghetti Factory Browned Butter and Mizithra cheese. It is a super easy dish to make. You can make this recipe in the time that it takes to cook the pasta.
Spaghetti | 16 Ounce (cooked according to package directions) | |
Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , melt | |
Mizithra cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated | |
Romano cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated | |
Chopped parsely | 1 Teaspoon (for garnidh) |
MAKING:
1.Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Do not rinse.
2.While the pasta is cooking brown the butter by placing into a saucepan over medium heat. As the butter melts, it will begin to foam. Remove the foam with a spoon. Cook the butter until it browns.
3.To prepare the pasta, pour pasta into a bowl.
4.Pour the browned butter over the pasta, and then add the two kinds of cheese. Toss pasta until it is well coated.
SERVING:
5.Serve immediately.
NOTES:
This dish does not reheat well.
