|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 , finely chopped|
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
|Masala mix||1 Tablespoon|
|Broad beans||150 Gram (Soak in water overnight and tie in a muslin cloth)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thick coconut milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, tomato, onions, coriander and saute.
2. Cook for 2 minutes until the onion turns soft.
3. Now add the mix masala, salt, broad beans and water.
4. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
5. Then add coconut milk and boil again for 5-10 minutes covered with a lid.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
