In this video, we're making the recipe of Atta Biscuit, which is very easy to make and is exactly like the ones from Punjabi bakeries! This is going to made without oven and eggless.

Sugar | 90 Gram | |
Atta | 150 Gram | |
Baking powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
Maida | 15 Gram | |
Milk | 60 Gram |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat the cooker(10mins)/oven(150 degree celcius).
MAKING:
2.Mix 60g ghee with 90g sugar until creamy.
3.Add 150g atta, 3/4 tsp baking powder and 15g maida.
4.Use 60g milk to make a smooth dough.
5.Divide into small portions using hand or use a biscuit maker to shape biscuits.
6.Bake in cooker or oven.
