There's no specific day to have chowmein, if you have not done a street food trial in Kolkata, then you must make this in your kitchens.
Noodles | 70 Gram (1 packet) | |

Salt | To Taste | |
Refined oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Onion | 1 , slice | |
Shredded spring onions | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Shredded cabbage | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Carrot | 1 , finely chopped | |
Capsicum | 1 , chop | |
Cauliflower | 1 , boil (florets) | |
Potato | 1 , boil | |
Green beans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chop | |
Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chili sauce | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1.Boil the noodles and keep aside.
2.Now heat oil in a pan and add 2 beaten eggs and fry them as scrambled eggs and keep them aside.
3.Heat oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables until they are cooked. 4.When the vegetables become soft add the scrambled eggs, some salt, pepper, boiled noodles, soy & chili sauce and stir fry for
few more minutes.
