Nutrela Soya Ghugni - Ghugni Chaat Bengali Style - Bengali Street Food

Ingredients

White peas 2 Cup (32 tbs) , soaked
Soya chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked (Nutrela soya mini chunks)
Chopped onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato 1 , chop
Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon , peeled
Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon , peeled
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon (bhuna jeera)
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon (dhania)
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon (haldi)
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves 3 Gram
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Refined oil 4 Tablespoon (Nutrela refined oil)
Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1.Add white peas to the pressure cooker with some water and let it whistle.

2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, grated ginger, crushed garlic and sauté.

3.When onions get golden brown, add chopped tomatoes, boiled white peas, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste.

4.Add some Nutrela soya mini chunks in a bowl, bring to boil and squeeze them from water.

5.Now, add the soaked Nutrela soya mini chunks in the pan and mix well.

6.Moreover, cook till the peas are done and sprinkle some roasted cumin seed masala on it.

7.Garnish it with some chopped onions, tomato, fresh coriander leaves with some more roasted cumin powder.

SERVING:

8.Your Nutrela soya Ghugni is ready to serve.
