Easy Taco Dip (No-Cook Appetizer)

Sometimes you just need a super quick, easy and delicious appetizer to hold over the crowd until meal time! This easy taco dip gets the job done!!! Its just full of flavor from those spicy, seasoned refried beans, homemade guacamole, sour cream and all those fresh toppings including smoke gouda cheese, mercy! It's the one appetizer that I KNOW will disappear because its really hard to stop!

Feel free to add on your favorite taco toppings!


Cream cheese 2 Ounce (((room temperature)))
Rotel tomatoes 10 Ounce , drained (((cilantro lime flavo)))
Chili powder 3 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
Cumin 2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped cilantro 1 1/2 Tablespoon , divided
Lime 1 , divided
Avocados 4
Minced garlic 1/2 Teaspoon
Sour cream 16 Ounce
Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((I used a mixture of smoked gouda, Colby jack, and sharp cheddar))
Diced tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced black olives 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Green onions 2 , dice
Corn tortilla chips To Taste
