Madras Kaapi Kick - How To Make Old Monk And Coffee Mocktail - Chilled Cooler

An ultimate mixture of coffee which we call kaapi, perfectly blended with a touch of cream and rum to give you a weekend kick with "Madras Kaapi Kick".


Coffee 2 Tablespoon
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cream 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Rum 90 Milliliter ((Old Monk))
Sugar 4 Tablespoon
Ice cubes/Crushed ice 20



1.Heat a Pan and add diluted coffee and sugar.

2.Stir until the sugar melts and keep it aside.

3.Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker.

4.Add the coffee mix, milk, cream, old monk (90ml).

5.Shake well and put over crushed ice in a cocktail glass.

6.Top it with foam and sprinkle coffee powder on it.


7.Serve chilled.
