Masala Nuts - How To Make Spicy Masala Nuts At Home - Tea Time Snack

Get prepared for the festival with not some regular nuts but coated with masala that will be perfect to welcome your guests home.


Toasted peanuts 100 Gram
Rice flour 1 Tablespoon
Gram flour 1 Tablespoon (besan)
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Water 3 Tablespoon (to make a coating batter)
Rice bran oil/Refined oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)
Chaat masala 1/2 Teaspoon



1.In a bowl add, toasted peanuts, rice flour, gram four, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.

2.Add water and mix till all the nuts are coated well.

3.Heat oil of your preference in a pan and deep fry these masala coated peanuts in hot oil till golden and crisp.

4.Once fried, sprinkle chaat masala and toss them well.

5.Break the seasoned masala nuts further as they would come out in larger chunks.


6.Serve and enjoy.
