Tawa Pulav - Mumbai Style Tawa Pulao - Easy And Quick Indian Rice Recipe

Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
Chopped ginger 2 Tablespoon
Chopped green chillies 2 Tablespoon
Chopped cauliflower 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , boil
Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Boiled peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped potatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , boil
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Chana masala 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala 1 Teaspoon
Onion rings 6 (as garnish)
Whole green chili 2 (as garnish)
Salt To Taste



1.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté well.

2.Add chopped tomatoes and stir well.

3.Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, boiled cauliflower, cooked rice and toss them well.

4.Add boiled peas, chopped potatoes and mix well.

5.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chana masala, garam masala, coriander powder,pav bhaji masala, salt and mix well.

6.Garnish with onion rings, whole green chilies.


7.Serve hot.
