|Boiled peas||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped potatoes||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , boil|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Red chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chana masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Pav bhaji masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion rings||6 (as garnish)|
|Whole green chili||2 (as garnish)|
1.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté well.
2.Add chopped tomatoes and stir well.
3.Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, boiled cauliflower, cooked rice and toss them well.
4.Add boiled peas, chopped potatoes and mix well.
5.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chana masala, garam masala, coriander powder,pav bhaji masala, salt and mix well.
6.Garnish with onion rings, whole green chilies.
