Chapati Reloaded - Leftover Chapati Recipes / Tacos / Tortilla - Easy Breakfast Recipe

Weekend is here. Its time to Reload! Be it your mood, energy or just some leftover chapatis.

Ingredients

Rajma 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (cooked)
Potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , boil
Onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , dice
Tomatoes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , dice
Corn kernels 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (cooked)
Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Hung curds 3 Tablespoon
Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Preheat oven to 120C

2.Poke holes in the chapatis using a fork. This is a very important step. If you do not poke holes, you will not be able to get tacos.

3.Brush the chapatis lightly with oil on both sides.

4.Place the chapatis over the oven racks.

5.Bake at 120C for about 5-7 min.

6.Take the chapatis out and let them cool.

7.The chapati tacos harden further as they cool

8.Mix together all the ingredients for the filling.

9.Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

SERVING:

10.Fill each taco, dress them up and serve.
