|Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs) (boiled and deskinned)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cardamom powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Kewra essence||2 Teaspoon|
|Rose water||2 Teaspoon|
|Almonds||5 , finely chopped|
|Rose petals||5 , finely chopped|
1.In a bowl add milk, boiled and deskinned almonds.
2.Grind and strain this mix.
3.In a pan add the almond mix and milk.
4.Now add sugar, cardamom powder, kewra essence, rose water to the pan and bring it to boil.
5.Serve hot with some finely chopped almonds and finely chopped rose petals.
