|Potatoes||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (boiled and mashed)|
|Grated processed cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped garlic||2 Tablespoon (lehsun)|
|Finely chopped onions||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped mint leaves||2 Tablespoon (phudina)|
|Finely chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon (dhania)|
|Chilli powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped almonds||1 Tablespoon (badam)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)|
|Green chutney||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For serving)|
1.Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
2.Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round tikki.
3.Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry, a few tikkis at a time, on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
4.Serve immediately with green chutney.
