Plum Shikanji - How To Make Shikanji Masala At Home - Refreshing Homemade Masala Shikanji

Plum 1 Kilogram
Sugar 300 Gram
Black salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon , roast
Water 1/4 Liter ((1 glass))
Juice of lemon 1
Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon ((for garnish))



1.In a deep pan, slow cook the sliced plums and sugar until the plum pulp completely disintegrates.

2.Once done blend and strain the pulp in a bowl.

3.Now in a glass add 2 tbsp strained pulp mix, black salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, ice cubes and water.

4.Mix till the ingredients dissolve in the glass.


5.Serve chilled with few mint leaves on the top.
