|Black salt||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon , roast|
|Water||1/4 Liter ((1 glass))|
|Juice of lemon||1|
|Mint leaves||1 Tablespoon ((for garnish))|
1.In a deep pan, slow cook the sliced plums and sugar until the plum pulp completely disintegrates.
2.Once done blend and strain the pulp in a bowl.
3.Now in a glass add 2 tbsp strained pulp mix, black salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, ice cubes and water.
4.Mix till the ingredients dissolve in the glass.
5.Serve chilled with few mint leaves on the top.
