Bored of the regular round chapatis, try these chapati triangles with a spicy filling!
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Ginger||1/2 Tablespoon , finely chopped|
|Tomatoes||2 , chop|
|Coriander leaves||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.In a bowl whisk the eggs and keep aside.
2.In a pan heat oil and add onion and ginger to it.
3.Sauté it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
4.Next add green chillies and sauté well.
5.Add tomatoes and coriander and mix well.
6.Add salt as per taste and then the eggs.
7.Mix everything well to get scrambled eggs.
8.Cook for 3-4 minutes and then remove from heat.
9.Take the chapatti and cut in half.
10.Fold one half to from a cone and add the egg mixture.
11.Seal it with a toothpick and set aside till all 6 are done.
12.Melt butter on a pan and place the chapattis on it.
13.Cook on both sides till slightly crusty.
14.Serve hot with ketchup.
