Ingredients

Oil 1 Tablespoon
Butter 9 Tablespoon
Finely chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped cabbage 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped capsicum 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chilli paste 2 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dosa batter 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a deep non-stick pan, add butter and sauté onions in it.

2.Next add cabbage, capsicum and sauté for 1 minute on low flame.

3.Add tomatoes, chilli paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala and salt, cook on low flame.

4.Keep mixing and smashing it.

5.Add coriander and keep a side.

6.Spread the dosa batter on a tava, and apply butter evenly.

7.Place the prepared mixture on the dosa batter.

8.Add cheese on top.

9.Roll up the dosa and cut into pieces.

SERVING:

10.Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
