Gulabi Coconut Laddoo - Indian Sweet - Raksha Bandhan Special

Let the purity of coconut and endless love of rose be rolled into sweet gulabi laddoo this Raksha Bandhan.

Ingredients

Ghee 1 Teaspoon
Desiccated coconut 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cardamom powder 2 Teaspoon
Rose syrup 2 Tablespoon
Dried coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (((desiccated for rolling)))
Rose petals 20

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a pan heat ghee and add desiccated coconut.

2.Cook on low flame for 3-5 minutes, continuously stirring.

3.Add condensed milk and rose syrup and stir until evenly mixed and continue to cook for 2-4 minutes.

4.Now add cardamom powder to this and mix well.

5.Take it off heat and let the mixture cool a bit.

6.Finely chop the rose petals in length.

7.Now roll into small medium sized ball.

8.Roll it in the shredded coconut and the rose petals.
