This is a new twist on an old recipe. My mother would NEVER use canned spaghetti sauce or rib eye steak! But I do!
|Rib eye steak||3 Pound|
|Spaghetti sauce||20 Ounce ((homemade or canned))|
|Fresh mozzarella cheese||To Taste|
|Italian bread slices||5 ((use as required))|
|Stir fry oil||2 Teaspoon|
1. I put a bit of smoke and fire on the steaks, (which were seasoned) and then sliced up.
2. Place the sliced meat in a cast iron or oven-safe pan and smother with spaghetti sauce, cook on a low heat for about an hour.
3. Slice some Italian bread, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each portion, ladle on some meat with sauce and top with grated mozzarella! Eat and enjoy!
