Steak Au Pizziola With Eddie Spaghetti Sauce

This is a new twist on an old recipe. My mother would NEVER use canned spaghetti sauce or rib eye steak! But I do!


Rib eye steak 3 Pound
Spaghetti sauce 20 Ounce ((homemade or canned))
Fresh mozzarella cheese To Taste
Italian bread slices 5 ((use as required))
Stir fry oil 2 Teaspoon
Rub To Taste



1. I put a bit of smoke and fire on the steaks, (which were seasoned) and then sliced up.

2. Place the sliced meat in a cast iron or oven-safe pan and smother with spaghetti sauce, cook on a low heat for about an hour.


3. Slice some Italian bread, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each portion, ladle on some meat with sauce and top with grated mozzarella! Eat and enjoy!
