Veg Cheese Spring Roll - How To Make Cheese Spring Rolls

Set your otherwise boring day rolling with this veg cheese spring roll.


For filling
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion 1 , thinly sliced
Carrots 2 , cut into strips 2 inches long
Capsicum 1 , finely shredded
Cabbage 1/2 , finely shredded
Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For rolls
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
White pepper powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Spring onion 1
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Spring roll wrappers 6
Schezwan sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1.In a pan add heat oil and add onion, carrots, capsicum, cabbage and salt and toss.

2.Add pepper powder and soy sauce and mix well.

3.Cook the vegetables till soft.

4.Take the pan off heat and set it aside to cool.

5.Divide the stuffing into equal portions and place on the spring roll wrappers.

6.Fold on the edges and roll tightly.

7.Apply water to open end and seal well.

8.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden and crisp.

9.Drain on absorbent paper.

10. Cut into smaller pieces


11. Serve and enjoy!
