Indian Bhutta - Aabu Chali - Roasted Corn In Microwave

Ingredients

Sweet corn 1
Lemon 1/2
Salt To Taste
Red chili To Taste
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1.Take any sack/polythene, put chali/ corn in it as it is and tie a lose knot of the sack and pop it in a microwave for 3 1/2 min.

2.After that give it couple of minutes of standing time, and then carefully remove the skin of corn and apply the spices of ur choice along with lime/lemon ( I have used black pepper, salt and some red chili powder).

3.Really try out this simple way to get the feel of Abbu Challi at your home in just 3 minutes.
