|Finely chopped garlic||1/2 Teaspoon ((((lehsun))))|
|Chopped spring onion||1 Cup (16 tbs) ((1/2 cup whites and 1/2 cup greens))|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chilli powder||3/4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts||2 Tablespoon|
|For the garnish|

1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and spring onion whites and greens and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
2. Add the paneer and bean sprouts and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add the noodles, chili powder, sugar, soya sauce, lemon juice, peanuts, and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4.Serve hot garnished with peanuts and spring onion greens.
