French Crepes are made all over Paris and the rest of France. The batter is very easy to whip up!
Whole eggs | 2 | |
Milk | 250 Milliliter | |
Water | 250 Milliliter (plus extra as needed) | |
Sifted all purpose flour | 250 Gram | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Oil | 4 Tablespoon |
FOR 14-15 CREPES:
MAKING:
1. Add the Flour a little at a time till fully incorporated with no lumps.
2. Add Salt and mix well.
3. Transfer to a smaller jug to make it easy to pour.
4.Heat some oil in a pan, pour some batter and swirl.
5.Flip over and cook the other side.
SERVING:
