How To Make FRENCH CREPES - Easy To Make Favourite!

French Crepes are made all over Paris and the rest of France. The batter is very easy to whip up!

Ingredients

Whole eggs 2
Milk 250 Milliliter
Water 250 Milliliter (plus extra as needed)
Sifted all purpose flour 250 Gram
Salt 1 Pinch
Oil 4 Tablespoon

Directions

FOR 14-15 CREPES:

MAKING:

1. Add the Flour a little at a time till fully incorporated with no lumps.

2. Add Salt and mix well.

3. Transfer to a smaller jug to make it easy to pour.

4.Heat some oil in a pan, pour some batter and swirl.

5.Flip over and cook the other side.

SERVING:

6.Serve and enjoy!
