DIY Taquitos - Easy Dinner Recipes

DIY Taquitos is a healthier version of your favorite Mexican take out, with all your favorite fillings!

Ingredients

Cooked black beans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn kernels 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shredded cooked chicken 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shredded mexican blend cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Flour tortillas 12
Cooking spray 1

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat oven to 400F.

MAKING:

2.Set out tortillas and place toppings /fillings over it.

3.Roll up and place on baking tray and spray cooking spray over it.

4.Pop into oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
