DIY Taquitos is a healthier version of your favorite Mexican take out, with all your favorite fillings!
|Cooked black beans||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn kernels||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cooked chicken||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded mexican blend cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Kosher salt||1/2 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat oven to 400F.
2.Set out tortillas and place toppings /fillings over it.
3.Roll up and place on baking tray and spray cooking spray over it.
4.Pop into oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
5.Serve and enjoy!
