DIY Taquitos is a healthier version of your favorite Mexican take out, with all your favorite fillings!
Cooked black beans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Corn kernels | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Shredded cooked chicken | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Shredded mexican blend cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Ground cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Kosher salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Flour tortillas | 12 | |
Cooking spray | 1 |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 400F.
MAKING:
2.Set out tortillas and place toppings /fillings over it.
3.Roll up and place on baking tray and spray cooking spray over it.
4.Pop into oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
