Ingredients

Boiling water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dry mustard 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Colemans)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon

1.In a bowl, combine boiling water, dry mustard, salt, vegetable oil and whisk well.
