CHOW - QUICK Spaghetti Stir Fry - Easy Weeknight Meals

Chow is what my Grandmother called throwing Spaghetti together with meat protein, boiled eggs, veggies and ketchup - simple and delicious!

Ingredients

Egg 1
Spaghetti 150 Gram
Spring onions 6
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , mince
Diced celery 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Diced green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Turkey sausage 2
Cooked chicken breast 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ketchup 6 Tablespoon
Hot sauce 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING:

1.Heat a pot with water and bring to boil.

2.Cook egg and spaghetti till al dente.

3.Add salt, peas and allow to cook. Drain excess liquid.

4.Peel cooked egg and set aside.

5.In a saute pan, heat oil and saute spring onions, garlic, chicken, turkey and mushroom.

6.Add remaining vegetables, spaghetti, ketchup and toss well.

7.Add hot sauce (if desired) and spring onions.

SERVING:

8.Serve and enjoy!
