EGG Burji Or Scrambled EGG Indian Style

This Indian style scrambled egg is loaded with flavour. Eggs pack protein and a lot of nutrients. Make this easy Egg Burji for your family!

Ingredients

Oil 2 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon ((((optional))))
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Eggs 6 , beaten
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((((as needed))))
Chopped tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Pav bhaji masala 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , mince
Sliced green chili 2 Tablespoon
Finely diced red onion 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Heat oil and saute onions in it.

2.Sprinkle salt and stir until caramelized.

3.Add green chiles, garlic, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and mix well.

4.Add pav bhaji masala, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and mix well. Cover and cook for few minutes.

5.Beat eggs and add to pan. Scramble once added.

6.Cook until done and if desired add butter.

7.Garnish with coriander leaves.

SERVING:

8.Serve and enjoy!
