Hash Brown Waffle Recipe

Are you still frying your hashbrowns in a pan?


Waxy potatoes 4 Pound
Eggs 3
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Grated horseradish 2 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper To Taste



Grate potatoes, into a clean tea towel. Wrap it up and squeeze to remove most of the water. 

Mix together eggs, sour cream, butter and horseradish in a large mixing bowl.

Toss in the grated potatoes and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. 

Spread about 1 cup of the potato mixture into each waffle square. 

Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and crispy.
