Creamy Cucumber Mold

Lime flavored gelatin
Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Commercial sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped pimiento 3 Tablespoon
Minced onion 1 Tablespoon



1)In boiling water dissolve gelatin and add salt into it.

2)In the gelatin mixture mix mayonnaise and sour cream.

3)Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white is reached.


4)Mix cucumber, pimiento, and onion into gelatin.

5)Apply oil to four cups of mold.

6)Pour the mixture into the mold.

6)Chill it until firm.


7)Use a serving platter and garnish with cucumber slices, if desired.
