|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs) (plus extra)|
|Himalayan pink salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (as required)|
Preheat oven to 400F.
Line Dutch oven with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, red wine vinegar, Himalayan pink salt, water and mix well.
Refrigerate for a while.
Transfer to parchment paper with flour and mix as shown in the video.
Transfer to Dutch oven and allow to rise.
Make slits and pop into oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
