Cuban Mojo Chicken

Get your mojo back with this great tropical recipe. CUban Mojo Chicken. A tangy blend of tropical fruits, garlic and lot's of love marinade the chicken into mojolicious bliss.


Chicken 2 Pound
Orange 3
Lime 2
Lemon 2
Balsamic vinegar 2 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 Pinch
Fresh oregano 1 Teaspoon



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Break down the chicken in pieces put it in a bag and set aside.


In a pan, pour extra virgin olive oil and sauté garlic on medium heat.

Mix orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice, kosher salt and balsamic vinegar in a jug. Stir in garlic and oregano in the jug.

Pour the half mojo sauce in the bag of chicken. Zip the bag and marinade for about half an hour.

In a cooking sheet, line a foil and put chicken skin side down. Pour mojo sauce on chicken.

Cook in oven for half an hour flip the chicken pieces, add orange, lime and lemon peels and some oregano for flavors cook for another half an hour.


Take off the peels and oregano and serve chicken with green beans and mojo sauce.
