Croutons are so easy to make at home and can be used for more than just salad.

Ingredients

Bread loaf 1/2 , cubed
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  

 

MAKING

On a baking sheet, place the bread cubes and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.

 

SERVING

Top your favorite tomato soup with croutons and serve.
