Ingredients

Peaches/4 pound grapes 8
Sugar To Taste
Grand marnier/Cointreau 6 Tablespoon
Cream 1 Pint
Brown sugar To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. Peel and remove the cores of the peaches or grapes

2. Cut it into slices of quarter inch depth and divide between two souffle dishes

3. Sprinkle sugar and liqueur on it; and spread thickly whipped cream all over it; refrigerate for at least three hours

4. Remove from the fridge and sprinkle brown sugar on top

SERVING

5. Place under a grill at medium heat. let the sugar caramelise and serve
