Fresh figs 1 Dozen
Creme de cacao 2 Tablespoon
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cocoa 1/2 Teaspoon


1. Wash and drain the figs and, using a sharp knife, peel them.

2. Combine the sour cream and creme de cacao in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Dip the figs in this mixture, coating them entirely. Set the figs on end in a serving bowl. Dust with the cocoa and refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
