Sour Cream Gravy

Juices From Pot Roast 1 cup
All Purpose Flour
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Sour Cream 1/2 cup



1) In a saucepan, place the pot roast juice and heat.

2) Stir in the flour paste and paprika.

3) Allow the flour mixture to boil, stirring constantly until thickened.

4) Take the pan off the heat and stir in the sour cream.


5) Serve hot with meat or vegetables.
