Whipped Cream

Are you still buying that edible oil product, you know the one in the tub, or maybe the spray can? Why oh why are you doing that? Is it because of a perceived convenience?

Even if you aren't convinced that making whipped cream at home is easy (it is), please just once give it a try. I guarantee that you'll never look at that other stuff ever again.


Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (30% fat or more)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon (regular table or super
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon (optional) (Optional)



1) In a deep bowl, add the heavy cream and whip with a hand mixer.

2) Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until soft peaks form.


3) Use the whipped cream as required.
