Betty's Blueberries in Velvet Maple Cream

Betty demonstrates how to make Blueberries in Velvet Maple Cream. This is a delightful recipe for blueberries in a velvety maple cream sauce.


Light brown sugar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) , firmly packed
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Maple extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , whipped
Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) , rinsed and patted dry (or use any fruit)
For garnish
Fresh mint leave 2 (as needed)



1. In a fancy serving bowl, combine brown sugar, sour cream, and maple extract. Mix gently until brown sugar is dissolved.

2. Lightly fold in whipped cream and blueberries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.



3. Garnish with mint leaf and serve in sherbet glasses.
