Tasty Cranberry Jubilee

Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Brandy 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla ice cream 1



1. In a saucepan bring to a boil combining sugar and water stirring occasionally and boil for 5 minutes.

2. Add cranberries, return to a boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. In a saucepan heat brandy over medium heat, without letting it to boil ignite and pour over cranberries.


4. After flames die, spoon over ice cream and serve.
