Graham Wafer Squares

Almonds 4 Ounce , toasted (1 Package)
Graham crackers 4 (Or As Desired)
Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Dry roast or toast the almonds.


2. Use brown paper to line a 12x8-inch dish. Cover the brown paper with sectioned cracker squares.

3. Use a 2 cup glass measure, to measure the butter and then microwave the butter on (high) with sugar for 3-4 minutes till it is boiling. Mix well every minute to prevent burning and sticking of the sugar/butter mixture.

4. Spread the crushed almonds over the crackers and pour the hot syrup over it. Microwave this on (high) for 2 1/2-3 minutes. Make sure that you are rotating the 1/4 turn during the cooking process


5. Cut into individual pieces and serve at room temperature
