Chocolate Graham Drops

Graham cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 32 Crackers)
Powdered sugar 17 Tablespoon
Pecan pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Semi sweet chocolate chips 6 Ounce (1 Cup)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon , melted
Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon


1. In a food processor, pulse together graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar, pecans, chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder until nuts and chips are finely ground.

2. Add butter, com syrup, vanilla, and 1 1/2 teaspoons water. Pulse to blend well. Form into 1-inch balls.

3. In a shallow bowl, blend remaining 1 tablespoon each cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Roll balls in cocoa sugar to coat lightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes, until firm.
