Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Making
Using a food processor, blend flour, salt and olive oil until well-combined.
Add the ½ cup of water and blend until the mixture starts to come together. Pinch a small portion of the dough. If it doesn’t hold together, keep adding a few drops of water until it does.
Divide the dough into 4 equally-sized pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough very thinly, using a piece of parchment paper on top and bottom.
Cut circles with a biscuit cutter that is about 2 inches across.
Prick each circle a few times with a fork and place on baking pan lined with parchment paper or silicone pad.
Bake at 400 degrees (F) for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate.
