Betty demonstrates how to make Sweet Spicy Fire Crackers for the 4th of July. These crackers have maple syrup and sriracha sauce baked into them!
|Maple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Sriracha sauce||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Cheese crackers||2 Cup (32 tbs) (or other bite|
Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
Add maple syrup and sriracha sauce. Bring just to a boil.
Add crackers and stir to coat.
Pour coated crackers on baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper, spreading to a single layer.
Bake at 250 degrees (F), checking and stirring every 5 minutes.
Remove from oven after about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
