Crab Meat Rounds

Canned crab meat 12 Ounce , rinsed, drained and cartilage removed (2 Cans, 6 Ounce Each)
Thinly sliced green onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Snipped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Finely shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Melba toast rounds 36


In small mixing bowl, combine crab meat, onions, mayonnaise and parsley.

Mix well.

Stir in cheese.

Set aside.

Line 12-inch platter with 2 layers of paper towels.

Spoon half of crab mixture onto 18 toast rounds.

Arrange on prepared platter.

Microwave at High for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until hot and cheese melts, rotating platter once or twice.

Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Garnish each appetizer with paprika.
