|Graham cracker crusts||18 Ounce (2 packages of 9 ounces each)|
|Instant banana pudding mix||3 1/2 Ounce (1 box)|
|Instant vanilla pudding||3 1/2 Ounce (1 box)|
|Half and half||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce , softened (1 package)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Bananas||4 Medium , slice|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla wafers||44 , divided (whole, 40 for the placing in the side of the pie and 4 for crushing and garnish)|
|Whipped topping/Whipped cream||12 Ounce|
1.Using a stand or hand mixer, whip together both packages pudding mix with half & half until thickened but still pourable.
2.Add the softened neufchatel cheese and 1 tsp vanilla. Whip on medium-high until completely smooth.
3.Toss the banana slices with lemon juice. Fold into the pudding with 1/3 of the whipped topping by hand until fully combined.
4.Spoon into the graham cracker crusts. Spread evenly.
5.Line the edge of each pie with whole vanilla wafers using about 20 per pie. Add more if desired.
6.Frost with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle each pie with 2 Tbsp crushed vanilla wafers.
7.Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting, store leftovers chilled.
The filling will make enough for 2 pies.
