Aaj kuch Indori Hojaye. Try this crispy, snacky Indori Khopra Pattice
|For the base:|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plus extra for rolling, Gehun ka atta)|
|Plain all purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|For kim||chi chicken wings:|
|Ghee||6 Teaspoon (For cooking)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)|
|Sauce||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Honey chilli sauce, for serving)|
1.Take boiled potatoes and grate it properly, add salt and corn flour in to it, mix well.
2.Take dry coconut, add lemon juice, ginger green chili paste, Salt , red chili powder ,peanuts, cashew nuts and raisins into it and mix all ingredients well.
3.Now grease palm with oil and take small ball of potatoes fill coconut mixture in it close all sides and make round ball out of it.
4.Repeat this process with remaining mixture.
5.Deep fry these balls.
6.Serve hot with the chutney of your choice.
