These muthiyas can be used in Undhiyo recipe as well.


Millet flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Corn flour 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chickpea flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red chilli powder To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 Tablespoon ((optional))
Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon , divided ((plus extra for coating the muthia))
Chopped fenugreek leaves 2 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Yogurt 2 Tablespoon ((add yogurt while making the dough for the second muthia recipe))
