Say bye to your craving as we bring to you this wholesome 'Chocolate Phirni' made with the goodness and richness of dry fruits and milk.
|Basmati rice||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Drinking chocolate powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate chips||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced almonds||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced pistachios||1/2 Tablespoon|
1.Wash and soak basmati rice for minimum 30 minutes.
2.Crush the soaked dal to fine paste.
3.In 1/2 cup milk dissolve rice paste, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate powder. Keep a side.
4.In another non-stick pan add remaining milk and sugar.
5.Add above chocolate mixture to it and mix properly. Cook at slow flame till thicken.
6.Stir occasionally. When ready remove from flame and let it cool at room temperature.
7.Refrigerate till chilled, when chilled serve in to a clay pot or serving bowl.
8.Garnish Chocolate phirni with sliced almonds, pistachio.
9.Serve and enjoy!
