Boneless chicken | 250 Gram | |
Lime juice | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Flour | 3 Tablespoon (For dusting) | |
Eggs | 2 (Egg Wash) | |
Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Cornflakes crushed | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Spice mix | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
For spice mix: | ||
Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chilli flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pepper powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. In to boneless chicken, add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, spice mix and mix them well.
2. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then egg wash, and later in to the mixture of bread crumbs and crushed corn flakes.
3. Fry them in hot oil till they are crispy.
