|Potatoes||2 , boiled, shredded|
|Bread slices||2 , crumbled|
|Seasoning||2 Tablespoon (2 sachet Maggi tastemaker)|
|Red chilli powder||To Taste|
|Schezuan sauce||2 Tablespoon , divided (1 tbsp for making the maggi mixture and 1 tbsp for serving)|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)|
1.First, boil the Maggie noodles as per given instructions on the pack and keep it aside.
2.Take a bowl add boiled noodles, grated potato, bread crumbs, schezwuan sauce. Combine it well and rest it for 5 minutes.
3.Heat oil give it a shape of a lollipop with the bread sticks and deep fry in a pan.
4.Shift it on kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil.
5.Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip.
