Oats 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brown rice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Quinoa 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Millet 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For coconut chocolate shake:
Cocoa chips 4
Shredded coconut 2 Tablespoon
Protein powder 4 Tablespoon
Cane sugar 1 Teaspoon (pure)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
