Khoya Khajoor - How To Make Khoya Khajur Dessert - Sweet Dish

Festivals have fixed dates while the festive spirit is fixed on sweet 'dates'! Let the feast continue with Khoya Khajur Burst.


Khajur 10 , deseeded
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((or as required))
Khoya 1/2 Kilogram
Condensed milk 4 Tablespoon
Almonds 15 ((toasted and crushed))
Pistachios 15 ((toasted and crushed))



1.In a bowl add khajur and soak in water.


2.Grind the khajur into a smooth paste.

3.Fill it in a piping bag and set aside.

4.Heat the khoya in a pan and add condensed milk.

5.Remove in a bowl and set aside.

6.Apply little ghee on your hand and make a small round of the khoya mix.

7.Make a small whole and add the khajur pulp in the centre and roll it up.


8.Roll in in the dry fruit mix and serve.
